Warranty Question

Where's the "Model No." located? I see the Serial number but am not sure where the Model number is. Could it be the handwritten scribblings on the rear upper left corner? Please help. Thanks.

The 'Model No.' for a Voyager is probably the model type i.e. Performer, EB, etc.
If Moog uses the same warranty cards for all their equipment (don't know if they do) the model number question may only be applicable for some gear, like their Moogerfooger line, where each has its own model number (MF-101, MF-102, etc.).
