Waves not smooth

Hi
I just bought a sub 37 and it's my first Moog. Actually, besides a navation BassStation 2 (pretty good for the price btw), It's my only synthetiser and I could not be more happy. Learning synthesis is such a joy with all the knob present on the panel. And just looking at it bring me a smile.
This short introduction to explain I'm a total noob and maybe the behavior I am encountering is absolutely normal:
When I'm changing the waves shape, being on OSC 1 or OSC 2, I notice jump between shape instead of a smooth transition. To be sure I'm not the one making these jumps with my shaky hands, I routed an oscillator running at 4 bar to waves shape and you can definitely hear the jumps.
Is it normal (I guess not) but looking at the forum it seems other people meet the same problem. It's just for them, they hav to look at an osc analyser while I can definitly hear it (I could make an example file if it's helping...)
Is it something I can fix myself ?
Or do I need to send it to repair
?? And If I need so, is there any place you would advise to go around New York or am I stuck with sending it back to Moog.
Thanks a lot !
