Cant sync Sub37 to Cubase

I´m trying to sync my Sub37 to Cubase8 on PC. But i dont get it. The Sub starts and stops with Cubase. But it isn´t in sync. The Arp runs between the beats. I tryed USB and Din-Midi connections. Same problem at both ports.
Could anybody help me please?

I just synced my Sub 37 to Cubase Pro 8. Here is what it takes after connecting usb, and starting Cubase after the Sub 37 is powered on. It's important that Cubase can detect it as it's started up.
Bring up the transport panel by hitting F2. Control + Click "SYNC" on the transport panel. In the right side you will see where you can select the Sub 37 to receive the midi clock from Cubase.
To make the Arp use the sync, you need to the press the "Sync" button next to the arp speed pot.
