It looks as if there are new versions of firmware and updates to the editor, which may be the root of my problems from my previous thread. I am still running firmware 2.0.1 and editor version 1.0.3

I am a registered member and user and for some reason I have not received any e-mail from Moog whatsoever. Haven't changed my e-mail, checked my spam and junk....What's going on here? Frustrated.

I have no idea why Moog doesn't post a link to the editor on the Sub Phatty's download tab. The download tab does have a link to version 2.0.1 of the firmware, but currently the latest firmware version is version 2.0.3. The download links for Editor 1.1.0 and firmware 2.0.3 are publicly accessible though: http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.ph ... 87#p130087

I'd contact Moog support to find out why you didn't get notified of updates (assuming your e-mail address is correctly registered and you checked your spam folder), I don't think your fellow forum members can help you with that.

Thank you for posting that for me. I spoke to a technician today and he was going to get back to me but I ended up reading your reply first...very weird that I didn't get the email.
