Filter Cutoff Noise between 320Hz and 500hz

So, I have been experiencing problems with my filter cutoff between 320Hz and 500Hz (basically 10 o'clock and 12 o'clock on
the cutoff knob). It occurs in all presets, the init panel, various oscillator settings, LFO's on and off. It sounds like a problem
with the potentiometer. Some kind of malfunctioning resistor in there or something like that. I'm disappointed to have this present
on my Sub37 from the get go, as this is my 1st Moog. :( I've wanted one for so long, now I have one but it has an immediate issue.
I've checked it in so many different settings and it is always there. Is anyone else dealing with this. I hope I don't have to send
this thing back after waiting 6 months to get it! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Contact Moog support. I had the same issue on my Sub Phatty after about 6 months of use. Seems to be a somewhat common issue which is a bummer, however Moog was extremely supportive and fixed the Cutoff knob. Works perfectly now, but it did require sending the synth to the factory.
