Voyager Electric Blue oscillator 1 calibration

I've sent a message into Moog tech support about a week ago and waiting for a reply. I'm preparing to send my Voyager in later this summer. I had not powered it up in over a year. When I did, oscillator 1 didn't track well any more and 3-1 FM didn't work either. I also want to calibrate input CV for true 1 V/oct. Are any of these tune-ups supported for avid Synth DIYers?
