My filter cutoff is still producing sound even below 20hz in 1-4 pole mode. No matter what I do I cannot fully cut off the audio. I have turned eg and kb amount to zero in active panel mode and I'm still getting sound. Has anyone experienced this since the newest firmware update? Thanks in advance for any suggestions and help

I've had this and it's a calibration problem inside the Sub... I've opened mine with instructions of Amos because I live in Brazil, but you can send it to Moog so they can fix it! It's very simple, but I don't think I'm the right prson to tell you how to do it.

I did think this was a technical fault. I take it there was not an option to download a new firmware update to calibrate the s.p? How do I get in contact with Amos or is there an email for moog repairs? Thanks for the help
