Osc 2 Frequency Panning

Hi all,
I just received my Slim Phatty and for some reason when I click the Freq button in the Oscilator 2 section and rotate the control dial left or right the entire sound pans respectively. This isn't normal is it, seems odd, as I would expect it to tune/detune Osc 2 in relation to Osc 1.
Can anyone explain what I'm experiencing?
I'm loving the SP so far, sounds super fat. Looks like a voyager purchase will be in my near future

Actually, what I'm experiencing is that my Slim Phatty is transmitting commands to Logic X and causing unexpected changes to some of Logics parameters. When I choose Oscillator 2 Frequency on the Slim Phatty it's panning the channel in Logic. This is a problem because I essentially can't adjust the Frequency of Oscillator 2.
Is there a fix for this?
I was making some sounds earlier today and as I was changing parameters on the Slim Phatty I looked at my computer screen and noticed that other parameters in Logic were changing. I just turned turned off the Slim Phatty at that point, hopefully there's a workaround for this, I like this synth but can't use it until I can get this sorted out. I looked online and saw that others were experiencing this same sort of problem but I didn't see a fix. Anyone have any ideas, I'm sure there's got to be a fix for this?

A couple of different options you can try -
1.) Disable MIDI output from the Slim Phatty (all the MIDI functionality is addressed in-depth in the manual)
2.) Change the settings on your DAW so the MIDI commands being sent by the SP don't cause the undesired change.
It sounds like the SP is working exactly as it is supposed to ~
You may just need to deep-dive into the manuals so you understand all SP's (and your DAW's) full MIDI implementation.
