For anyone who came in late, here's an earlier thread...

It must be authentic, there's DYMO labeling tape all over it!

I've been drooling over the photos since this was posted at Muffs.

Every few hours, I check in to see it again.

So ... how much? What type of offers do you think he is getting?

904a,b,c; FFB, 8 or 9 901b OSCs, two 901s (I think), noise, a gate delay and a few other goodies plus several custom CP modules. What do you think he is seeing as far as offers are concerned.

Such care in the way that the wiring is routed, appears to be in pristine shape. I'm either the biggest sucker in the world for believing this is real, or it is indeed a gem.

At least 60k without the Monkees upsell.

John Lennon was rumored to have touched my modular too.

CZ probably already has it in his house.

Not sure what I liked better, the Moog or the custom GTO. Last summer my brother was at a car show, and stumbled upon the original Monkee-mobile and sent a few photos. Gotta love the late 60's!

I represent the owner of the '67 R.A. Moog. Since you already posted my offering I'll just leave it as is. :) Any questions feel free to contact me directly through the 1019's website http://www.compago.net/music/moog/ws/index.html

Here's a new photo just for Moog Music Forums!

I also have a 197x Minimoog serial 5128 mostly working FS as well. Not sure how the 5xxx series labeling worked i.e. what year, how many were produced etc? Thanks.

Growing up in Hollywood in the 60's, I used to see the Monkee-mobile at local festivals and parades.

Ahh, the 60's...

My brother had a system 55 in his basement for a few years. He repaired it to working order for a client, then found a buyer in Germany for it.

Owner was elderly and offered him 20% fee for repairing it, and finding a buyer. It sold for close to $50,000. Quite a piece of kit.

I would sure hope that none of them fall into disrepair or get tossed out by those not in the know.....

Gotta say though, for $50K seems we could come pretty close using current offerings from Moog.... Some nice stuff available at the moment.
