Sound coming from my mini RME when OSC turned off

Hey all,

Sorry about the title. I know it sounds pretty newb, but I really can't figure this one out. So pretty much I was working on my Moog RME running through Ableton and played through Ableton Push and M-Audio Keystation 88. About 2 hours ago the RME was fine and working well. All of a sudden some test tone came on every time I triggered a MIDI note and doesnt seem to disappear. At first I was working on a preset and it sounded fine. Next thing I know, the sound was completely off. I was going crazy, decided to see if it was a particular OSC, but when I turned them all off, the sound was still there. I went through the manual, but couldn't find anything. Even with all OSC turned off, there is still sound (sounds like a sine tone). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for reading!

Want to add that I think its the resonance knob, seems to keep going clockwise. Do I need to get this thing serviced? Or is it a possible software issue. :( my baby

When you set the resonance (too) high, the filter self oscillates, resulting in a sine wave tone whose pitch depends on the position of the cutoff knob. But I guess that you know that already. So when you touched the resonance knob accidentally, turn it back down to a convenient level, and the sine wave tone will disappear. But if turning the resonance knob clockwise doesn`t help (or does move clockwise on its own), there could really be a more serious problem.
I don`t know if a reset could fix it, or if its a hardware problem.

Good luck with your RME - I hope longingly  to own one one day too...
