Does LP Editor Librarian also work as AU instrument GUI

Hi all
Please excuse my ignorance and apologies if this is an old question, I did do a search and nothing came up.
Just got my hands on an LP Tribute and I'm a newbie with this stuff after years of solely using software instruments.
Is the LP Editor Librarian download supposed to work as an AU interface from within Logic or is it standalone only? I saw a separate VST Windows instrument download version on the Moog site…
Any other helpful resource suggestions also appreciated.
