Hey guys,
suddenly my voyager electric blue plays the same pitch no matter which key I'm pressing … weird thing is, that for example on the bell patch the keyboard works normally;
I already reset my voyager, nothing changed.
Any ideas?

Remove the left hand control block and make sure all the cables are seated fully. Also, make sure they are seated in the back of the main panel.

thanks for the reply! You are talking about the pitch bend/Mod wheel block, right?

The ribbon cable from the keybed to the LHC may be loose. Then remove the 5 screws on the back and open it and make sure the cable that enters from the center of the keybed to the boards is plugged in fully. Make sure all the ribbons are seated, about ten of them, while you are there. Close it up and try it out.

i have the same problem with my Voyager Select. just started today. had it less than a year, never been moved, treated it like it was priceless.

this is really sucky tbh. i don't want to open up my new synth, so what do you guys suggest?

i have been having exactly the same problem. i have had my voyager select less than a year, it's been treated like it was royalty and never been moved. everything was fine until today, when i turned it on as normal. midi also seems to have stopped working so i can't even use it in a limited way.

now i have a useless, less than one year-old, £2400 voyager! i hope there is a simple fix for this - i can't and don't service my own synths. pretty disappointed with this tbh.

Surely if you bought your Voyager less than a year ago it's still under warranty ! You should get in touch with Moog or their representative in your area and the seller and they should arrange for it to be repaired.

I had two issues with my Voyager both times it was repaired under warranty.

Good luck !!

+1 for fyvewytches suggestion!

Don't loose too much time complaining about it. Contact Moog Music support ASAP.
