Please Help! Minitaur will no longer connect.

Hi all,
My nearly 1yr old Minitaur has stopped connecting to my DAW or Minitaur editor. I'm nervous because it must be almost out of warranty and it is my absolute favorite instrument and only monosynth. I play it everyday.
I have tried reinstalling the 2.0 firmware and the new one Amos provided here, thanks Amos. My computer is running Maverick which may cause issues but it was having connectivity problems before I updated my OS to Maverick. For the last 4 days it has not connected after several cable swaps and reboots of Macpro, interface and Minitaur. It will however connect via MIDI but that doesn't help with my patch saving and automation workflow.
Any suggestions?
I think I get off early on Wednesday so I will probably use that as an opportunity to call Moog but thought I would check here first.
