How to stop Sub Phatty from controlling Logic functions

I am using Logic X.

I have the Sub P editor running and Sub P through an audio track. The Sub P is plug in through USB.

Everything works fine. Knob changes on the Hardware Sub P show/sync with changes on the Sub P editor.

However, some controls on the Sub P hardware affect and crossover on Logic X controls. Example: When I go to rotate the Hardware "Wave" knob on the Sub P's oscillator 1 it also is turning the "mute" on and off on the Logic X track.

Please help. I am going crazy. I know it is probably an easy fix with adjusting Midi Channels right?

Pull off MIDI cable :)

Idon't know Logic, but there must be some sort of MIDI message filters.

This is driving me crazy too. I wish there was a fix out there for this.

I'm not familiar with Logic but I would think there is a built in MIDI filter. You could also look into an external hardware MIDI event processor. MIDI Solutions has a number of products to choose from. I route all my MIDI through a MOTU MIDI Express XT. Lots of options but a bit pricey.
