SubPhatty Envelope problem

Hi, I recently bought a Sub Phatty and I feel like it has a problem (maybe it's me not knowing how to use it). When I switch all the oscillators off and every other knob is at 0 position and I turn the sustain up in the amplifier envelope and play a note I hear some kind of noise. Is that a problem? Even if I turn the oscillators on I can hear the noise. Obviously pink noise is turned off.

Thank you for your reply, does your sub phatty stays silent even when you turn the master volume to max position and you plug your headphones directly into the synth and increase their dedicated volume to maximum?

Have you checked the external audio input volume?

When I do that I hear a very faint noise, but only when the filter is completely open

Ok, so I guess mine is broken. Does your sub phatty makes the very faint noise when you play a note or even when you are not playing?

OK, thank you for answering. I Believe you are right and I feel stupid for posting that XD. I am new to the analog world, that might explain why I thought it was a problem lol. But I am still going to check personnally at my local distributor in order to be a 100% sure.
