Minitaur editor doesn't recognize Minitaur!

Hey everyone, the title says it all, the editor doesn't recognize my Minitaur. I would like to be able to put some presets in that beast... Anyway ideas? Thank you!

Need a little more info before folks here can help -
How is the synth connected to your computer; Mac or Windows version; MIDI options selected in the editor, etc.
