my subphatty doesn't work no sound it was working i used it for a while then i turned it off and next day no sound came out of it i have tried to upload firmware and now all that happens when i turn it on is the lfo rate light just keeps blinking and nothing else. no help from moog or the distributors. seems like i have paid a lot of money for nothing. not happy at the moment. can anyone help otherwise this machine is going back to the suppliers as the hassle is not worth it, even though the sounds are wicked.

The blinking LFO light means it's ready to accept new firmware. I went through the same situation, thought it was toast after firmware seemed to load correctly, worked for a bit, but, after a reboot, it wasn't functional. Make sure all of your transfer settings are correct in whatever firmware transferring software you're using. Hope that helps. I freaked out for a sec there when it happened.

blinking lfo light means that it is ready to receive firmware.

you dont need to press any buttons, just send the latest firmware to the sub phatty via usb.

i found that the latest firmware wouldnt take if the latest bootloader was not installed. the latest bootloader was sent to me via email, im not sure if it is publicly available.

it will be fine, its not broken.
