Sync SubPhatty LFO w/ ableton bpm clock

Hey everyone!
can someone post instructions on how to sync the SubPhatty LFO with ableton's clock.
i am on a mac. usb to midi in.

Instructions are on page 29 of the owner manual. It is available on the Moog website.
