Hi all! I hope someone can help me out here.

I've just got my first Moog synth, it's a Sub Phatty. I was really looking forward to playing it, but it WONT power on. Does anybody know what the deal is? The light's are not coming on and there's no sound coming out of it. I've had it 'on' now for 20 minutes and it's doing nothing.

Please help me out!

Thanks.

Step one. Plug it in. Sounds crazy, I know, but sometimes we get so excited that we forget to plug it in. :) Failing that, disconnect any USB/MIDI cables that might be plugged into it. If you still have problems, contact someone at Moog.

most likely the ribbon cable between the panel and the main board has come loose inside.
This is easy to fix but you shouldn't have to do it. I suggest you swap it for a replacement from the seller, if it's a brand new purchase this should be no problem.
If you need additional help contact techsupport at moogmusic dot com.

sorry for the trouble!
