Voyager Performer NO OUTPUT !!!

Howday Y'all!
I just plugged in my Voyager Performer today after not using it for a few months. At first, I noticed something weird: On some presets, I could only hear a very quiet, faint clicking sound when I played the keys. Other presets sounded fine and as they should. As I kept playing, trying to figure out what the problem was, the sound just went out altogether! No output. At all. I switched the cable to the right output jack and no sound. There is sound coming out of the headphone jack however. Has anyone seen this before or heard of it as a problem with Voyagers? I am the original owner, and have had it for about a year. It hasn't left my apartment, and I have treated it like a baby. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best advice I can give you is to contact Moog Music support via e-mail or phone and describe to them what happened. They're usually very helpful and friendly.

Best of luck to you.

Test it with nothing as few connected cables as possible. So undo all cables except for the power and the audio out. No MIDI or CVs (pedal or other sources) connected. Sometimes this is the problem. But most likely you tested it that way before anyway.

I contacted Moog and they are taking care of me. They have seen the problem before.
