what did the 104 cost before?

When Moog made the first 104s how much did they cost? Just wondering.
i think it was about $595 USD
from $595 to $1604 in just five years is crazy. but now they've gone down again after the new ones came out.
i wonder what if the prices will ever reach that high again after all the Zs have sold out? and if there will be much difference in the prices of the original, Z and SD? they'll proabaly be more than a voyager in 15 years or so, depending on how many Zs they make, and if they don't do another analog delay in that time.
Does anyone know if they still plan to release the digital hybrid delay (they were going to make) at a later date or if they made the Z and SD instead and scrapped the hybrid idea?
