Help: Unable to register and receive 4 track

Today I tried to register to receive the 4 track, but was unable to do so.
I got the 4 track when it was first available, on my iPad 2. Recently I upgraded to the iPad 4, and downloaded Animoog to it directly from the store (rather than restore from back up). From there I was able restore my purchases, but when I registered for the 4 track it told me check my email, which I did a few times over the next hour or so only to find nothing. So I opened Animoog again and saw it was asking me to register, which I did again, and still no email.
Not sure what the problem is, especially since I was able to restore previous purchases.
Please help.
