Hi Guys!!
I'm new in this forum, but I already have read for a long time your forum.
So..

My voyager has got a problem and I want to share with you my experience.
The Decay volume of all presets are set to 0
When i turn the pot of volume decay, the display shows the MEMORY/ACTUAL write at 0 to memory

almost all the preset, so , can only plays a "tick" instead of the natural sound.

I'm under warranty and now is in tech assistance for an IC replacement.

This is the second time that my voyager has problem; first, a pair of month ago for a broken IC of the filter pole (the voyager played only noises..no sound)

My Voyager Performer is having the same problem. Zero decay on many presets and only the clicking sound when keys are played. What was the problem and how much did it cost to fix?

Welcome to both of you !

Since ModelD's Voyager was repaired under warranty, the repairs would have been done at no cost.

Painterjohnny, is your Voyager under warranty too ?

painterjohnny, have you solved the problem?
thank you for the Welcome, Alien :D

my voyager has the entire analog board replaced for this problem..
I'm under warranty, but I'm very very scared about the future when I will have no more warranty

Hi,

I think my voyager is having the same problem, is this samething that can be fixed with the moog voyager SE?

I email moog but a couple of weeks ago but did not get any answer from them... My voyager is still under warranty but I'm in Europe.

Thanks

yeah

I got an email from moog telling me that since I was in Europe I should contact thomann (the store where I got it).
They were great and quite fast. They picked it up and a couple of weeks later I had it back. It had the vintage board replaced. Lucky me that it was under warranty.

Also got a problem with the VCA ADSR since a few days. Most of the presets do not give out a sound anymore because the ADSR settings are f... up. This problem was here from one day to another without moving around the Voyager or using it extensively.
So it will go to repairs within the first year of purchase : (
