why be limited to 25%, 50% and 100% in the mod routings?

Is there any reason to be limited to 25%, 50% and 100% on your mod routings? Why can't you have a continuous amount from 0-100% like in any other synth?

That's because 25% is half of 50% and 50% is half of 100%.
It keeps everything even.

I think these settings are OK for me on 99% of all sounds.
The original Minimoog had zero, 1/3, 2/3 and 1/1 filter tracking the keyboard.
And somehow this synth just was right to most people. Including me.

you can get away using the mod wheel or the pedal bus and get a fine tuned modulation but it continues to not make much sense why you can't have a full range to use the the 4 mod routing slots. Is thius a limitation or a choice? Don't you think it's useful to have a ocntinuous range when moding pitch or filter for example?

A calculation by 2 is much easier and faster for a micro processor than 33 or 91. The Voyager's processor has to calculate four pot values all the time and a continuous value from 1% to 100% would reduce the perfomance of response time dramatically.
