change preset using program change from ableton to moog

hello dears,
i want to change preset using program change from ableton to moog.. i need to control this kind of parameter from my DAW to use multiple animoog presets live without scroll with my finger on my ipad..
i think that this is the most important things that we need to use it in a live setup
