Having an issue with my Voyager RME (v3.5)

The majority of my presets have defaulted to having a zero decay time, so they all just sound like clicks. When I increase the decay time, the sound only comes out of the left output. There is some noise coming out of the right output. A few presets do sound normal, coming out of both outputs (which leads me to think it's maybe a software issue). I have tried a factory reset, which does not fix the issue. When I initialise the patch, the decay time is ok but it only comes out the left output.

It's already previously gone in for a repair as the osciallator sync suddenly stopped working. It was under warranty then, it's not now.

In other news, I'm also having problems with my MF 101. This now self osciallates when the resonance is turned past 2 (9.o clock). This only started happening after I plugged in a Moog expression pedal to contol it.

Bit gutted really, as neither get much use...never gigged with them. Has anyone experienced any similar issues or have any advice to help? I've sent an email to Moog as well.

I have to be patient too because my little poor voyager got noise on one of the filter though it was 4 months' old only.

It is like a nightmare if you spent over $2600-$3000 on buying a new analog synth but 4 months later you found that one filter/or one osc/ or maybe one output is broken. I owned a lot of gear: DSI, Elektron, Korg, Roland, Nord, Analog Solution, Waldorf....both digital and analog. but seldom comes out similar hardware failures on a user forum. I forgot who ever told me that Moog gear is built like a solid tank(wood pannel and knobs I think), but no one told me it is build like glass inside.... My Jupiter 6 had serviced for 30 years but it still works perfectly.

I really enjoying the sound from a voyager but that doest means I could be patient on a hand-made device with so many unstable problem while with so many mordern digitital controlled technique built inside. Could someone let me calm down a little to be more patient?

My warranty period is still 8 months to go, I am just thingking wether I should be "patient" to get it fixed until the 11th month arrived. I dont want to keep my voyager sending over and over again if 4 month later another filter got aother hardware failure again.

I am now only using my Right output as a mono synth for trying to be patient. Or I have to do is waiting fo the feedback comming from the Moog tech support on and off from my mail box everyday-----as a poor oversea customer...
