This is my 1st Moog/Analog synth and it's awesome. The unit sync'ed up perfectly with Ableton so I sequenced PF/On the run and had a blast twisting up some ear candy.
Thanks Moog

Thanks. I'm really stoked with this instrument. It can get as creamy/crunchy as my JTM45..

I love it! Would you mind sharing what sort of effects or methods you used to get those sounds? I'm new to the world of Ableton 8 and analog synthesis as well and I'm really digging what you're putting out!

Cool thanks. I recorded this in session view in Ableton. It's basically 5 separate clips of jamming on the Minitaur while twisting various knobs over some slightly altered NI maschine drum loops. One of the clips had ableton's AF>ping pong>reverb for a pad sort of sound. I also recorded 2 clips of flugel horn for more of a drone sound. For the arrangement, since most of these clips ended up being 100's of measures long(jam mentality) I cut them down to 1,2 and 4 measure loops, then I rearranged/grouped them to sort of fit. On the Master I used Abletons vintage mastering rack 1. The gear used was Akai MPK25>focusrite usb 6>Minitaur>flugel horn(SM57 mic'ed)> Ableton.

The Minitaur is also my first Moog synth, not counting the Freqbox I bought last month. I'm pretty psyched and I've loved playing w/it so far
