How are patch cables wired?
Can I use a normal guitar lead to act as a patch cables for my voyager ?

If you're patching between the Voyager and Moogers it's better to use TRS >TRS cables.
There is an issue with using TS plugs because they short out the CV output off the Moogers that supplies power to expression pedals.
I use something like these in 2-foot and 6-foot lengths.
