Soundtower editor not receiving or transmitting

I have problems with the Soundtower Moog Voyager editor: The Voyager neither receives nor sends patch information with it.

My configuration:
Voyager Editor 3.6.3 (tested both with Windows 7/32 and Windows 7/64).
Moog Voyager RME with OS version 3.5.

My midi settings are correct and DO send and receive (tested with Midi OX).
The midi LED on the Voyager RME also shows that the signals arrive at the Voyager.

“Send” from Editor to Voyager does start, runs through and and prompts as successful: But no single patch on the Voyager is overwritten successfully.
“Receive” does not start or work at all, after clicking “start”, at no time buffer settings.

The editor, which worked with previous versions on my older XP system, is practically worthless like that for me.

Does anyone of you have a clue why the Voyager RME does not receive or send requested information with the editor?
I see no parameters standing in the way.

Just receiving helpful support from Soundtower meanwhile.

Transmitting works after a full Voygaer Factory reset.
Receiving from Voyager not yet ...

By the way - same JimKnopf from Korgforums? Sander here (SanderXpander, silly nickname that stuck).

Does it help to quit the editor and restart?

I have to do that all the time on OSX

Haven't been able to solve the issue completely.

After a complete Voyager RME factory reset at least sending from the editor is working again and allows to overwrite patches.
But it still seems impossible to receive from the Voyager. Restarting the editor didn't help: thanks anyway.

@Sander: yes, same: hello to you!
