Filter Attack: 4 o'clock
Mod Pedal Source: On
Mod Pedal Dest: Pitch
Mod Pedal Shape: Filter-Env
Mod Pedal Amount: Mo Fire!
Something like this?
If you have a volume pedal, you can do the same thing without touching the panel by simply using glide.
