in two weeks' time, my MFOS 16step sequencer will be ready to mass around with my slim phatty. i was wondering about midi/cv sync options - so far the Doepfer MSY seems the most reasonable and cost-effective.should anyone had better suggestions, go ahead! thanks!

Do you want the LP Arp clock to sync with the sequencer or have the slim's LFO clock synced with the sequencer? If not, the slim does not need a clock to function.

sorry i wasn't precise.
what i want is to create a sync between the mfos sequencer's clock and my DAW (and later my other kinds of midi gear).
that's what i'd need a little something for. :)

Just been doing this research myself and have ordered a MSY2 from Doepfer. The other good unit I found was the Philip Rees MDS (midi to din sync) converter. These are generally selling cheaper than the Doepfer's, unfortunately they don't make them anymore so need to watch ebay or second hand sites. I got impatient....!
