Minimoog model D back panel

My first post!
My minimoog has no back panel - you can imagine this creates all sorts of instability. Flexing on the edge connectors, etc...
I am looking to locate one, without much luck over several years. In the absence of a replacement, perhaps someone would be kind enough to supply me with the measurements so I can get someone to make me one?
