SP + Guitar /w Midi pickup?

Hey folks,
Please pardon me if this has been asked before. I checked over the last few pages and couldn't find anything so I decided to ask for you to share your wisdom here
I'm not very informed on all these fancy inputs n outputs yet, but I'm getting there.
If using a midi pickup (For example the Roland GK-3) could you plug it in to the Slim Phatty and use your guitar as an input to a truly analogue, monophonic synth? And then perhaps run it through a few other Moogerfoogers?
I like the idea of going Guitar > SP > MF103 > MF104 > Speakers... I could imagine that being rather interesting.
