Daft Punk uses two Minimoog Voyager RME's (Rack Mount Edition). Just a Voyager without the keys.

They actually use 4 moog voyager rack mounts instead of 2 as posted by "Kenneth," and it is clearly seen in the photo.

in the classic daft punk track around the world they used a model d mini with a talkbox
