local off, or only local keyboard off?

hey i'm wondering if it's possible to have a full local off on the voyager? I switched the "local keyboard off" and i thought that'd also make the knobs and pitch bend + mod wheel only control it through midi, but no dice, only they keyboard.
this is really neccessary for me cuz i would like to use the voyager as my master kb, i really love the feel of the keyboard +mod wheels, and i just love monosynth keyboard for playing synths. ALTHOUGH i would like a damn transpose switch >_<
