EP-2 compatibility

Post by fishman77 » Tue Dec 28, 2010 6:29 pm

Does anyone know if the EP-2 can be used as an expression pedal with keyboards such as the Yamaha Motif or various Roland models? I definately want it for my Moog stuff, but just curious if I can use it on my other boards. Thanks!

Well to answer my own question now that I have the EP-2. It of course works great with all my Moog stuff. It works well (for most functions) as an expression pedal on my Roland JD-800. It just kind of works on a Yamaha MO8 though; it just sweeps with a small portion of the pedal, so not very useful. So there you go if anyone is wondering.
