The more the price increases, the less people will buy it, anyway. Look at the Voyager. It's not nearly as widespread as the Little Phatty, and I don't see Moog cutting enough corners to get an 8 voice synth down to a level anywhere near the Voyager price-wise, and even if they DID, the DSI stuff will always be cheaper. Moog is and always has been about quality...quality sound, quality instruments, and yes, quality prices...but you get what you pay for...including awesome customer support and FREE software upgrades. :wink:

I don't think they'll go up to 10k Voltor. That would price practically their entire fan base right out of the market.

Maybe they'll do a few poly versions. 3, 6, and 8 voice, each priced accordingly, 3k for the 3, 4k for the 6, 5k for the 8, or some such thing.

I only hope they'll do a few models like the Voyager.
