Yet, you don't say why. What is your reasoning here?

Actually, I did; check the bolded portion of my statement above.
Clearly you don't own a Taurus 3. That, or you don't know that we've been waiting for an OS update and a editor/librarian for almost a year now.

I'll be thinking twice before investing in Moog hardware in future. I can't believe the MP-201 has been in my studio for 2 years and there's still no editor. Shame on you Moog... this is an absolute disgrace.

It would be really great if somehow Moog could muster the resources to put out a unified editor for all of their products.
I own the MP201, Taurus and Midi Murf. Ido not want to have to install 3 different apps/utilities to access functions on 3 products from the same manufacturer. Besides, there would be a lot of replicated work building 3 different editors.
It would also be wonderful. to have global settings such as "sync all to MP201 MTC". That could enable/disable everything required to get all your capable moog devices synced.Instead of diggin in menus(or using start up options) to pick midi channels, set master/slave status etc.

Oh my god...
This is getting ridiculous.
What will it take to get an editor!?!?
Has support for this controller been completely abandoned?
Please Amos..pull some strings already, man.

Not sure what the big deal is, there are plenty of presets, and while it takes getting used to, its not that difficult to program. How would an editor help?

I have to apologize for my last post...
Had a moment of impatience, I guess...
I know Amos and Moog are very good about listening to the users on this forum and would not abandon support for this product..and there have been quite a few new developments in the past couple of years to keep engineers busy...which is good..new products=good, I know.
So..sorry for sounding rude...no place for that among friends...but this MP201 software editor thread has been at the top of the list on the controllers forum for quite some time, so it is definitely something that many people are persistently interested in..
Thanks for always listening Moog.

I've been checking periodically to see if a new version or editor has been released. The only piece of moog gear I have is the MP-201 and I got it right before It was discontinued. best editor i've used for a gear under 1k is the Gr55FloorBoard made by a user. Usually all the companies give you is more of a library for organization or endless scrolling to change parameters. What i want to see is an editor that can monitor all four channels and change them instantly. I spend a lot of time just trying to figure what each channel is doing when coming up with a new preset. I still don't understand why this pedal got canned??
