Thanks Chilam. You know what? Strangely it works with your procedure
but it's pretty weird having to change another preset to start the MPC.

Excellent, glad to hear it worked for you too!
Yes, it is strange that a change of preset was needed - I had tried turning the sub37 and all other devices on/off and that didn't work either. Well, at least after you have changed presets once the midi behaviour remains consistent thereafter no matter which preset is selected - still a headscratcher for sure though!

Well, i hope that Amos will see this thread and let us know why and maybe correct this weird behavior. Anyway, thanks again for ur help
