Only the uA726 chip, used on the later oscillator board serials 10175 and above (...) is harder to find because it has been discontinued. And no direct modern replacements seems available (to my knowledge).
Everything else has a modern equivalent readily available.

If a Mini is recapped, cleaned, tightened and generally kept in good condition, there's a good chance an instrument could outlast its owner.
At worst, a Mini can be repaired usually (...)
