Lots of great ideas.
Not that I'm going to be the one to ever build such a creature though.
I think it would be neat to sequence patches.
Morphing between values also.
Like the Arp2500, there should be a bay of jacks that are also assignable.
These could be points used as inputs or outputs for interfacing or for amplification.
I suppose as long as we're daydreaming, one could have a modular for people that like jacks.
No buttons or LEDs, but patchcords defining only the routes for internal analog switches.
That way it would look and act very much like a normal modular from the outside, but be programmable inside.
