Hello,
They may or may not be working on it. With regards to patch sharing, not
everyone is inclined to give away their settings.
In addition, some who are, often sit on their best patches and upload their
more mediocre ones (yes, I've seen people actually admit to this).
What you then have with many public domain patch archives are banks of
mostly "ok" sounds, with a few gold nuggets the user is required to sift for.
Given this, it may be more productive to simply invite synth users/owners
to occasionally (or once a month) post ONE patch on a thread marked "Patches of the Month" (new thread for each month?).
By ONE patch, I am referring to ONE among your best efforts. If only a handful of individuals submitted one of their best sounds, by months end,
you have a handful of high-quality patches (as opposed going for quantity).
Posting a patch as transcribed settings is a bit slow, but until there is a spot designated for uploading, the forum is a viable means for presenting your work.
Regards,
LWG

Its a good idea, but I noticed a lot of the patches available on this site sound quite similar to ones I have created myself.

Hello,
There is no way of predicting whether or not two user's patches will sound similar (short of esp) however, the point of my post was that for now we have heard nothing pertaining to a site for bank uploading, therefore in the meantime if you happen to be an individual who doesn't find sharing your soundz problemmatic, then there is nothing that prohibits you from posting your settings for a particular patch on this forum.
Regards,
LWG

The last post here from Moog Site Admin stated:
"We have no tool on this website or this forum for users to upload their files
but if you email Voyager preset files (created in version 2.1 or later only) to
steved@moogmusic.com we'll create a spot somewhere on the website where you can download them.
When you send them please make the subject of the email "Voyager preset submission for Moog website" and send them as .syx, .mid, .mvr or .mvl files. By emailing your presets to Moog with the subject defined above you agree to have these presets available to the public, free of charge. Single presets or whole banks are acceptable. Do not submit banks that contain Moog factory presets already available on our website (from the Zon, Twolf, preset_ref (Sig. Ed. presets), or Anniversary Edition Presets banks). Any documentation you care to send is helpful and will be posted to the best of our ability."
I see lots of positive responses from Voyager owners here. Did anybody submit their patches?

i need an incentive to but the software editor. a patch sharing forum would def be the incentive to make me buy. i haven't sent in any patches as i don't have a whole bank of my own.

Why not send in single sounds? You can dump sounds one by one on the Voyager.

I like the idea, as my Voyager AE should be arriving within the next week or so. I used to own a MiniD in the '70s and am looking fwd to creating some new sounds again. I have a Source but miss the knobs.
