Are the kick drums form the Taurus?

Hi Klopfgeist,

the synth drums are actually from the FutureRetro XS analogue synthesizer.

In hindsight, I probably could have synthesized some nice kick drums on the Taurus by using an MP-201 Multipedal to send CV envelopes to the external Pitch and Filter CV inputs on the Taurus... the original Taurus envelopes are not ideal for kick drums; they are specialized for bass (they sort-of-emulate a plucked string).

Cheers,

Amos

Amos, beautiful stuff.

I'm going to learn to play with my feet - just about a week to go per Sweetwater.... I'm hoping to get serial number 666. The number of the BEAST (wouldn't that be great for my collection lust). Hearing your demo arouse extreme bass lust in me - I want to write my own patch that drips in so much pounding juicyness that everyone will think Flea walked in with an Electo Harmonix Octave pedal and the almighty Bass Balls. Only it will move air.

If they made another version I'd still be routing for pedals.
I want an instrument, not something collecting dust in my studio.

that recording was really good Amos!

MOOG - make a Taurus tabletop or rackmountable module!!!! I can't play with my feet!
I use either, or combination of, an Oxygen 8, RC-50, or bass through a B2M to play the T-3 - when I can't play it with my feet.
