No box at the front door, but there was an automated msg from UPS on my answering machine that spelled out the tracking number and that it would be delivered tomorrow.
(never got an email with tracking number?!?)
...and I have to sign for the package. Just WTH did they send me...?!?
Great, looks like I'm taking tomorrow off! Oh well, I was going to clear the driveway anyway.

My favorite three words! I'm at work with the truck awaiting delivery. The seat is out of the truck to make room for the T3. But I'm supposed to pick up the kids on my way home from work.....Hmmm: T3, or Kids, T3, or Kids, T3, or Kids? Please, don't make me decide!!!!!!!
Just kidding: I will tell the kids I am running a little late and drop it off first!

Just got my shipping #, arrival scheduled for the 17th! Looks like I need to take a day off of work. Just as well, I don't think I'd be much help there that day anyway. Gonna be a

I ordered the t3's on December 17th 2008. They said they should be shipping in the next week or 2! I'm super pumped!

I woke up Thanksgiving Day Nov 27 2008, saw the T3 proposal and banged my credit card before I was even properly awake.
As dinner approached I started asking myself "what did you just do?", (which, as it happens, is the exact same thing I asked myself the first couple times I jumped out of an airplane at 13000 feet). By the end of dinner, having related the story to my brother and getting a good laugh out of it, I had decided to stay the course and buy the bull.
Note that the invoice that came with the T3 says order date of 12/4/08, which makes sense as Thanksgiving was a Thursday, and most people had off for a 4 day weekend.
