I believe you are supposed to upgrade the boot system to 1.2 first, then install the 1.5 OS.

No - that is incorrect.

You upgrade the OS (1.5) first - that's called "Bank A". The boot system (1.2) is what they call "Bank B" - you do that second.

From the Moog download page:

"Version 1.5 of the Voyager operating System. Load this into the Voyager first, then load version 1.2 of the Boot System. "

"Boot System version 1.2 be sure to load this after loading version 1.5 of the OS."

The correct order of loading the 2 software files:

1st: os1-5

2nd: boot-os1-2
