Sometimes, but not all the time. The problem happens with and without the loop engaged. I shipped it back to Moog this morning. Amos has been very accommodating, so I'm sure things will turn out well.

Did you tell them that you snipped the pins? I don't know if they'll give you a hard time about that or not.....

Based on e-mail with Amos, if the problem isn't something obvious, then I might get a replacement delay. It might cost me a bit for a new housing, but we'll see.

Moog gave me the go-ahead (and instructions) to snip the pins, so I don't think it'll be an issue.

well I dropped my 104z and was for sure it would start acting up again. 2 gigs and countless times using with no problems! I hope yours gets fixed.

I got my delay back from Moog today. They reused my housing, but everything else is new. Knock on wood (the side panels, perhaps?), but everything seems to work as it should.
