I ran it through a freqbox one day and the results generated a wicked vocal effect!
What's interesting about the guitar is that you can play it with your left hand and tweak your foogers with your right hand!

That sounds very cool.
Right now I am wondering what a sample-and-hold control of the Harmonic Blend would sound like.

thats a hidden feature on it. when a lefthanded person picks it up, the guitar taps into their nervous system and rewires them so they can play right handed the same way they play left handed lol

I think Sweetwater.com has it listed for 5895 and only 330 will be produced.

I'm hoping some sort of kit is made so you can install the electronics on a guitar of your choosing.
I love the specs and this innovation but the guitar itself is.... eh... kind of ugly.

Yeah...Too bad they went for that look...people are still really hung up on that PRS/Coffeetable style...they look gross...they seem to be for people who don't play shows live too much but love Vernon Reid and Sanatana. Dads or "Pros".
But Im a cliché as well with my Jazzmaster/Jaguar idealism...but there IS some sore of asthetic about the Jazz/Jag + Moog synth that works really well together. Stereolab a prime example in 93'...they really turned so many people for the true underground* music scene onto Moog synths.
*Bands like Unwound/Clikatat Ikatowi/Antioch Arrow/The Fkn Champs/Karp/Mens Recovery Project...etc

What are the chances they could add midi outs to this? Im thinking of the string patches and analog polys I could play without a sustain pedal. This would be the ultimate in guitar controllers. Circuits could listen for strings that are sustaining and trigger midi on messages

What are you willing to bet that guitar wiped out half of the credit cards of people who have demoed it?
I can't wait till the nylon string version comes out
Seriously though.. Can you guys make a kit to put in an existing guitar/ mail you a guitar to put one in?
