What some one could do is build a midi-cv converter that converts midi clock data to a set voltage, and then have it it calibrate to the times on the delay. I am assuming the delay is +- 5 volts.. though it is one of the few foogers I don't own.... figure out a way to match the slope with the digital clock

you could possibly - potentially- find a way/ hack to get your midi cv converter that outputs CV to put out +-5 volts depending on the clock, rather than the midi note.... if anything thing would do this- it would likely be the encore expressionist....
