It's not the space that bothers me, but the stupid Pitch Mod logos next to the wheels. Moog has never done that before. They're ugly.
The arrows don't bother me 
Better then a simple up/down arrow that's on the MemoryMoog . Kind fo funny my original DX7 has a similer design for the ptich and Mod wheeel "arrows" the Motif has none.
