The Sub 37 manual says LFO can go up to 1000 Hz at Hi Range, so I presume the 3rd oscillator in the Minimoog video is working above 1 kHz to get those vocal sounds but I don't know how much high.
Maybe using the MF-107 for modulating the fiter cutoff can get closer.
Can we have some simple examples?

Probably around 8kHz at CBrufordRules wrote: In the video, it seems he set the oscillator 3 at 2'. Somebody knows how many Hz we are talking about?
Although I very much doubt it would require such high oscillation to obtain this type of sound as I have got somewhere near at the LFO's max speed. I don't know what the frequency range is on the model D using the tuning knob. The guy in the video gave no indication of the actual frquency used. My guess would be that it was set somewhere between 2-4kHz

I did a quick test with the Slim, and modulating the filter cutoff above the 500 Hz start the vocal sounds. If you use a spectrum analyzer like SPAN VST, you can see something similar to a formant filter.

Cool. Will have a listen to that when I get back onto my pc. I have sort of got vocal sounds but not to the extent of the mini. I have had to have the lfo at max speed. Not enough to produce the filtering effect required.
When I get a chance I will upload what I have managed to achieve.
